- Feel like I've been drunk all weekend, and it was only Friday. Clearly my body is not used to drinking Friday evening and then shopping in Flensburg for four hours Saturday. The only time I was actually awake was when a banana-split was put in front of me. Yum.

- Apparantly season five of Merlin is going to be the last? I'm sad that its over, but tbh, I don't care all that much. The storylines and writing of characters have rapidly become worse these last few seasons, and I'm starting to get so annoyed by it, I can't properly enjoy the show anymore. I still haven't seen past 5x03, because there's been so many other things I would rather be doing. Not that I don't still love it, but I'm finding it a bit 'meh' currently

- Has anything been confirmed for the 50th Doctor Who anniversary? I keep seeing 'oh, Tennant has been confirmed', 'oh, Eccleston has been confirmed', but then there's something to rebuke it and blabla. Does anyone know anything about what's been planned? I just want everyone to return and have a giant TARDIS-party, please.

So, that was sort of excellent. Please keep this up, and the points will rocket sky-high for this season, in spite of all my expectations. Spoilers below!

I have had a shitty, shitty weekend. That's neither interesting, nor relevant. And the site I used to watch this ep was unbelievably slow and kept stopping to buffer. I've also spent the entire weekend writing a statistics-report and I am still not done. It's due tomorrow evening. Screw everything. It's time for points.

Overall? A wee bit dissapointed and confused, with just a hint of irritation. Since Moffat's run of Doctor Who is an emotional roller coaster (mainly consisting of tears) for me, I will be having fun with a new system of posting the good and the bad things about each episode, giving and subtracting points and then in the end we will see how many points each episode has scored! Won't that be fun? Pointless, but fun.

There's this tiny little spider on my bathroom wall. I've named him Bernard. I'm letting him stay until the inevitable time when he sees me naked and will have to move out from the sudden awkwardness and conflicting feelings between us.

But this post is mainly just to warn you that, at least for a while, this is going to turn into a massive review-blog. I've still to do a picspam of the remaining seven episode of Game of Thrones season one (not sure if I'm going to do S2 yet) and I've decided, because Being Human is causing me so much pain with the end of season 2, that I am going to post a review of every episode of season 3 as they come. I don't know when I'm continuing with Supernatural season 6, but there will definitely be lots of Cas-ramblings when I get to that. And I still haven't started watching Firefly which I said I would, but never got around to because I've been very unproductive this summer and then BH turned into a complete sobfest. And then of course there are new seasons of Doctor Who and Downton Abbey coming soon. Does anyone know when the next season of The Big Bang Theory will be arriving? Is it September?

On books: I wanted to post a review of  A Feast for Crows, but seeing as I finished it right before Mallorca and then forgot to write down my thoughts, I think it would end up being too incoherent to post. Once I'm done with A Dance with Dragons I do think I will need therapy though, as this is the first time I will have to wait for a new book to arrive (yes, its so hard for us newer fans, I know ;P) Also, I have let myself be persuaded into reading True Blood. Yeah. That was a weird sentence to me as well. It's just that the show has so many amazing actors and then my English teacher, who has excellent taste in books, said she'd picked them up and quite liked them. I am conflicted! I don't want to be caught in another Twilight-nightmare, but I do want something a little less angsty than ASOIAF and a little less heavy than historical volumes to read.

Also my school is starting again for me the 13th and certain new incidents have made me even more uncertain about a lot of things, including education, so sorry for the possible coming angst-fest that might occur in the future. Right. Peace out ♥

Title: The Detective
Characters/Pairings: Tenth Doctor, Rose Tyler, Mickey Smith, Sarah-Jane Smith, Idris, Martha Jones, Donna Noble, Jack Harkness and the Master - slight Ten/Rose
Rating: PG13
Warnings: Slight spoilers for some of what goes on in the first season of BBC's Sherlock, crackish, meta-humor all around.
Genre: AU/Crossover/Friendship/Adventure/Crime/Drama
Word-count: 3,561
Disclaimer: I don't own anything in relation to this.
A/N: This is not exactly a crossover: this is basically the idea sprung from a mental image of Ten as Sherlock Holmes and Rose as John Watson. I had to write that, naturally.
Summary: "I solve crimes," he said. 'Hell yes', Rose Tyler thought.
