I've read an awful lot of reunion fics.So many, in fact, that I don't often bother with more than skimming them now. But this is outstanding. Quite possibly the best one ever. It's emotional, but also honest. Perfectly observed, particularly the Doctor's fear, the way he lashes out and then admits he has been wrong. Their reconciliation is a wonderful portrait of him doing something that terrifies him, and I loved Rose's fear that he would disappear again. Everyone in character - Jack and Donna are perfect, too - and a reminder of what this show could be at its best.
