It took me a minute to get to the typing portion of this review. Mostly because I was flailing. Quite a bit.
I'm not a huge fan of angst - but that's because it often reads to me as forced and angst for angst's sake. In this, though, it felt natural and real and those doubts and insecurities - on both sides! - oh, I just loved this. From the first line to the last two (the parallel from Doomsday but in the reverse was too perfect for words)... <3 Lots of <3's even.
