Merry Prompting!
As Christmas is nearing I see a lot of people making Secret Santas, and I feel jealous because I really want to join, but I unfortunately don't have the proper time for any deadlines that are not set by myself: plus, I cannot choose between fandoms and I cannot participate in all of them. So instead, I thought, why not make my f-list prompt me?
It doesn't have to be Christmas-related. It can be a word, a picture or just an idea you'd like to see from me. It doesn't even have to be fics, it can be graphics too (not so good at those though, but learning!) or, as an alternative idea, you can get me to send you a Christmas-card, here from little Denmark in my prettiest handwriting (which really isn't pretty at all, but I'll try!). My main point is to just fill up my journal at Christmas-time with gifts for all of you lovely people!
As I said, prompt me with anything but:
- Do it for a fandom that you know I'm in: it can be one I have never written a fic for before, but I have to be in it
- You can prompt me with any pairing or character you like
- As well as any genre
- I'm allowed to say no or negotiate! I hate to do this to you, but I suffer from RL friends who would jump at the opportunity to make me do something I suck at, so please don't hate me if I'm all: 'guuuuhh, no, I can't do your prompt!' There's very little that would make me say that though
- You can prompt me as many times as you like, for as many different fandoms as you'd like. THE MORE THE MERRIER! or something
- Even if we aren't friends or mutual friends here, but you stumbled upon this journal by chance, feel free to prompt me anyway. I'm really very friendly ;-)
- (also, I'm planning on all of YOU doing something like this one day. So I can pounce on you and make you write even more!)
Soooo, I think that was it. I know I posted this early, but think of it as an opportunity to come up with something challenging or fun or... just to annoy me as you spam my life in December. Did I mention that you're lovely?

Oh, I love me some crack. I also love me some Sherlock. And Christmas is so comfortable. Yes, I think I'd like a slightly cracky Sherlock-John friendship fic set in 221b at Christmas. I'm even getting ideas for the ending: Lestrade visits, but not just to wish them a merry Christmas, no, he has a case for them. Sherlock is happy: "Oh, now it's really Christmas!"
But if you give me a persent, I should give you a present. What text would you like on your banner?

Actually I just had this crazy idea: how about a Christmas party on the Tardis? With Team Ten, obviously. And Donna insisting on decorating the Tardis and Ten going mad, and Jack coming along with drinks and the like... I realise it would be hard to make it fit in canon, but it can be AU, or make no sense at all, I don't mind. :D
Also I won't blame you if you don't feel like doing it!!

Oooh, I could definitely do that! Canon, what canon?? I could so make it fit, and squeeze in a ton of other characters as well ;D all in the name of Christmas! Anything else, regulations on length? ;)

Yay! No regulations on length whatsoever, and squeeze everybody in if you want! I'd personally love Donna, Rose, Wilf and Jack, but I'd be happy with anybody!

I don't have time to do a whole prompt list thing myself, but I want to give you something in return, so if you have any icons/graphics/fic* you'd like, LIST AWAY! (No limits on how many btw, especially on icons =D)
*I tag this onto the end because I haven't written fic in a while and I'm not sure if I'd be able to write anything half-decent, but I'd give it a try if you wanted. Who knows, maybe a prompt would be enough to get me going again!

As soon as December's here ;) I'll watch 'End of Time' this friday and then finish s5-6 of Doctor Who in this months and then I promise you it's Spooks-time :D
(I'd love to see some fics from you, maybe Merlin? I need something happy after dark!s4 and something centering our favorite warlock would be great. As for me, I have built him up so much in my head canon such that, he is probably my favorite character in all of NuWho. To me, he's like Ten only better - same thoughts/feelings/intellect, but with a dash of human empathy and tact (that we sort of see hinted at in his scenes with Rose) that Ten definitely lacks. Like Ten-Plus! =D
