No hate here ;) In SitL the whole River/Doctor dynamic - as a ship and everything else had so much potential, but half of it was crammed down our throats this season. All of the sudden he HAS to marry her? Wha?
The biggest turn-offs for me are the way he treats her, the fact that they don't properly know each other half the time and the imbalance of power: in TWoRS River actually says: 'who else was I going to fall in love with?' her whole life has been solely about the Doctor, she adores him and that makes them unequal
