(Weirdly, I know that you wrote Nine, but about halfway through, my brain switched into Ten gear for some reason...and then reading the comments I was reminded that it was Nine, and that kinda threw me off! I had to go back and re-read it, consciously making an effort to remember that it was Nine! :) Now the "leather" makes so much more sense!!!)
