It wouldn't even have to be Katniss that did it, just Finnick or Johanna or someone. Thinking about that, it would also have been a nice instance of someone standing up for Katniss in a situation where she might not feel like she could do much more herself, and with Peeta still 'lost' to her a bit. I just felt like he was treating her badly, in an understandable way, but still not alright :)
