Yet again using this space to promote [livejournal.com profile] day_by_drabble and tell you all what a wonderful and brilliant community that is. I'd also like to take this opportunity to say Eff you pottermore, for playing around with the magic quill hours before I even woke -.- I can just tell that in October when it finally comes out for everyone, the last of that odd thing called real life will be dead and buried for me. Oh, well!

I would like to start off with apologizing for being so late in posting this: I went out of town on wednesday to visit a friend and was supposed to come back on friday at the latest, but since there's work being done on almost every road and train-tracks this side of the country, getting home that way was simply impossible. I ended up being stranded 30 miles from where I live and had to take a bus to the nearest friend, who I have been staying with until today. All I can say is, thank god for ferries and my dad for picking me up, or I would have probably still been stuck in the middle of nowhere ;) With all that out of the way, here's the sequel and I hope that you enjoy;

Title:  For the Better
Characters/Pairings: Guy/Marian, Sheriff Vaisey, Sir Jasper, Mathilda, Prince John, Robin, Isabella, Thornton
Rating R
Warnings: Spoilers for the entire series
Genre: Hurt-comfort/Romance
Word-count:  6,378
Disclaimer: If I owned Robin Hood, the show would have gone like this
A/N: This is the sequel to The Long Road .It is probably different than what you guys had expected (and longer, guh!) but alas. The first fic was: ‘Guy’s chances to be a better man’ and this is, in essence: ‘Guy becomes a better man’
Summary: 'It’s June when Vaisey dies'

So, I recently participated in [info]day_by_drabble, who were hosting a monthly drabble shower, from April the eight to May the ninth. Which means that I've managed to write 32 drabbles in about as many days. I feel really productive! It's been a great ride, both to write and read all the other's brilliant work and I really look forward to future events. Anywho, here's a list of everything I've written this time around (in different posts by fandom and with the number of the prompt as a completely useless detail for you) because... I should be studying. And I really don't want to. Though this is a really poor excuse. Anyway... here we go with the fifth and final batch:
