- I. Literally. Can't.

- Okay, first of all, because this is the only thought in my head: I think maybe Maleficent is going to return. Because we didn't see enough of her, and both Aurora and Henry had similar nightmares. What do they have in commen? The Sleeping Curse. Now, we know that Snow had nightmares because of this curse as well, but that was a much longer time ago, so it is not certain if the nightmares were similar to the red room Henry and Aurora keep seeing (and was I the only one who got 'The Shining' flashback when that was first said? ;) redrum redrum redrum...), and since it was Maleficent's curse...

- I just really want more Maleficent okay? We have none of her backstory, we don't know why she cursed Aurora, how she met Regina, why the hell she got a pet unicorn...

- I also think this episode almost completely establishes that Henry's father isn't Baelfire. I mean, Neal was... he wasn't, was he? Obviously its still open - whatever August showed him (WHAT DID HE SHOW HIM??? I NEED TO KNOW!) must have been very effective, and if he was Baelfire it would have been easier to convince him. BUT I think there would have been more shock involved, wouldn't there, like 'holy jesus christ, the girl I'm in love with is from the same world that I am'. I mean, holy flippin' coincidence. I am actually really happy that he wasn't a Fairytale-character, because that is just too much of a coincidence.

- I kind of want to punch August in the face. No, I mean, it was SO NICE seeing him again, it really was, but... okay, he did the right thing in the end, but it was almost too late. I just hope, when we get him back he's learned from his mistakes.

- The car!!! The necklace!!! I love how this shows how desperate Emma actually is for love, in a way: because tbh, I would have probably thrown the key-chain/necklace away (I would've kept the car, because I was just out of jail and free car!), but she still has it, ten years later, even though she thinks Neal basically just used her and then threw her away. That's really profound, especially for someone like Emma who can store all of her belongings in three boxes.

- I can really understand why Emma lied to Henry about his father now: not that it wasn't stupid, but Henry doesn't need to know (yet) that both his parents led a dazzling life of crime for such a long time, and then his dad set his mom up, and Henry got born in prison. It also gives more meaning to why Emma gave Henry up - at this point she has never had a normal life, and she isn't even sure she can take care of herself.

- This also means that Neal has no idea Henry even exists, right?

- (bah, I'm ill, I can't really gather my thoughts)

- Emma and Snow. Emma and Snow! Can you just be on my screen all the time? I love their relationship to bits and pieces. Snow tackling Mulan to the ground was one of the greatest moment of television ever - and Emma telling Mulan to cut down the beanstalk in the first place was so very Emma.

- Hook is turning out to be kind of a sleazy bastard around Emma, and I'm sort of glad she handcuffed him (yay for smart main characters who makes mistakes but don't fall for every obvious plot), but TATTOO WITH MILAH'S NAME. Oh god, right in the heart (pun very much intended...)

- The giant being not just a villain, but an actual character pleased me so much. History is written by the victors indeed...

- 'I'll send you a postcard', well August, at least you got ONE THING right

- The next time someone bashes Aurora by saying she is spoiled and selfish, I will rub this episode in your face so hard you will be blind for a year. She offered to be the one to risk her life, going up to the giant, and not out of some hissy 'I can do this too!' fit, but because as she said, she has no-one left she loves. If she fails, the others, namely Snow and Emma, can still go home and be happy.

- I'm really surprised Snow let Emma go up though, but they were sort of running out of time. And yay for not being a patronizing mother and realizing that your daughter has survived almost thirty years on her own - and also killed a dragon not, what, four days ago?

- I'm still mad at August. He did what he thought was best, but... look, people of this show, stop messing up other's lives and then give excuses like 'it's for your own good'. It's mostly parents doing it (Maurice, I am side-eyeing you like fuck here), but this definitely counts too. Yeah, Emma is clearly not on the right path, but how is taking the only person who loves her away from her going to help? No, really, August, I am trying to think of reasons to why that is a good idea, and I'm coming up blank. Why? Why?? WHY??????

- And then you steal her money. You bastard.

- (okay, I still love you, damn it, but I kind of wish you'd get hit by a truck right now. Not a big one, just a small one, with a short hospital stay or something. Damn you August)

- I'm a little bit in love with Neal to be honest. Yeah, he's a thief, but he is incredibly honest and he clearly cares so much about Emma - he's a good man, really, and I am very happy that we've learned that. I just ship Emma with Emma, because she's bamf and needs no man (and ohgod, Emma/Graham gave me such a wonderful episode and TORE MY HEART APART and nothing was right with the world), but... at the end of the day, maybe Henry could get his entire family back? Idk, I just want Neal to come to Storybrooke and be incredibly badass (and find out that he has a fucking son. He doesn't know right????? How could he??)

- The Lost Boys were mentioned! It's not Peter Pan on my screen, but it's pretty close! *does dance*

I can't decide whether I want to punch August or not.

But Neal actually seemed to love Emma and got scared away and it's not fair! Poor Emma, she never knew why he left and it really does start to make more sense why she would have felt keeping Henry wasn't in his best interests.

I assume that yep, Neal is Henry's dad, cause that would make sense. And I see why she wouldn't have told Henry the truth. Especially given what she would think is the truth. He didn't need to know that. Of course I still think that's going to bite her back one day...

On another note, I really like Neal. He might be a thief but he seems honest and caring and that's more important.

As for August! WHY?? I do sort of understant why he did what he did but seriously, you clean up your mess by hurting Emma. That is not ok!

Can I say I would be happy to just keep seeing more of Emma, Snow, Mulan and Aurora! I mean they are brilliant, all the different interactions between them. Snow accepting that Emma has looked after herself most of her life was perfect. And is it just me or did Snow looking after Aurora make you think that Snow is sad she missed being able to raise Emma herself? I mean Emma doens't really need someone to look after her.

I STILL WANT MORE OF MULAN'S STORY OK!

Hook is rather sleazy, but I liked the little touch with the tattoo. But more than that I adored the way Emma never trusted him. SMART EMMA! I mean maybe he was actually going to help them but it's good to see Emma didn't just fall for him.

BY THE WAY, MORE NEVERLAND!!

And the giant, thank you writers for making him an actual character!

I think we should all just punch August. We can still like him...

It's one thing thinking that Emma was messed up because of the life she'd let, its another to actually see it like this - most of the people who left her may have had 'good' reasons to do so, but that doesn't change the fact that they left, and she was alone. I mean, she's been abandoned by everyone, she's still so young, and suddenly she's responsible for another life? Wow, pressure. Believing that she can't take proper care of him is not just a fear, its actually a very valid thought - isn't it better to give him away, give him 'his best chance', instead of having him grow up with her, only for her to let him down later in life? Of course, things are never that simple, but ultimately, I cannot fault Emma for her choice at all. In many ways she is like Milah in that way - while parents shouldn't abandon their children, what good is a parent whose miserable? Emma was all alone, in jail, and didn't know when, how or even if her life would ever become better. And yes, Henry definitely needs to learn the truth - especially now that there's a good chance Neal is coming to Storybrooke. God, I just want Neal to come to Storybrooke so bad!

Those four females are so brilliant! They have an interesting dynamic, and are such a kickass team - I love that we finally have such an overflow of female main characters. And I think Snow definitely feels that way. Didn't she say 'who else have I to take care of?' They could find comfort in each other, because Aurora had no-one else left, and Snow couldn't really be there for Emma right now, in the same way. Emma's still too guarded, despite everything that's happened to make them closer. Ugh, their mother/daughter relationship is perfect, perfect I tell you!!

I HOPE WE GET MULAN BACKSTORY SOON!!!! DO YOU THINK MUSHU WILL BE THERE???

The situation with Hook was really tricky, because now I think there's small chance he'll help them again (if he truly was out to help them this time) and will maybe be a bit bitter towards Emma, but she really couldn't risk it. If Cora gets through to Storybrooke, she'll go straight for Regina, and a fail-safe way to get to Regina is through Henry. And Emma has to put Henry first, whatever the cost may be.

YESSSSS! Exactly!! Everything you said about Emma is TRUE! No matter everyone's reasons, she was always left alone.

NEAL NEEDS TO COME TO STORYBROOK SOON!! Now I just can't decide whether I want this to happen before Emma and Snow get back or after...

I don't know what to call the four women, but I feel they need an absolutely awesome name! Ohhh, I thought she said something like that (but then my brain shut down and I couldn't remember) and it must be so hard for her but I think it's great that she's bonding a bit with Aurora.

MUSHU! IT NEEDS MUSHU! I hope we get some backstory on her soon. And why she was travelling with Phillip.

I have a feeling that Hook might be bitter, but possibly slightly understanding, given he knows who he is and that's not always the best person. But yes, Emma is putting Henry first and you can't blame her for that.

And this is why I'm mad at August. Because yes, there may have been instances where he was there for Emma - he really did want the best for her in going to Neal, nevermind that it was the WORST DECISION ANYONE HAS EVER MADE!!! - but she didn't know about them: he can't call himself her Guardian Angel and then take away her boyfriend, money and go to Barbados or where the fuck he went. She was left all alone (obviously Neal SHOULDN'T HAVE LISTENED but I'm more mad at August, since he had all of the facts and was the main operator)

The Fab Four... but we already have the men in a Fabolous Group so... hmmmm...

Yessss. Also if that means we get to see more of Phillip, because I actually really liked him in the five seconds we got in 'Broken'

I'm still rooting for morally ambigious Hook, so I hope you're right. After all, we've seen Hook put Milah first as well, so he should understand in a way, why Emma's doing what she's doing.

Neal shouldn't have listened, but then, he didn't know and thought he was doing the right thing. And you could tell that he wanted to do the right thing for Emma. But that would have been staying. August... I just want to smack him! I get why he did it, but that was seriously the worst way possible. And to keep the money is just tacky.

More Phillip would be great, cause he seemed like a good character. MORE!

Morally ambiguous Hook! Cause that would work brilliantly. He understands loving someone and fighting for them. But he's also sneaky and manipulative.

Exactly, Neal did not have all the facts, plus I think... he doesn't feel good enough for Emma. This is a man who knows his own flaws, and he knows he's a thief and has been one for a long while. Emma is someone he loves, completely, and it probably shouldn't take that much to convince him that he really isn't good enough for her, that she's better off without him - that he'll only end up making it worse for her, especially when she has this special mission. We also have to remember that he didn't know she was pregnant (still doesn't know about Henry at all in fact!), and I think maybe he would have chosen differently if he knew that there was a kid involved.

MORE OF ALL THE CHARACTERS! AND TONIGHTS EPISODE HAVE YOU SEEN WHAT TONIGHT'S EPISODE IS CALLED ADHAJDKSHJDL I THINK WE'RE GETTING WHAT WE'VE WISHED FOR OMG OMG OMG!!!!

I think, given what little we know of Neal, if he'd known Emma was pregnant he wouldn't have left her no matter what. But yep, I think you're very right. Not thinking he was good enough and such.
