Okay, so LJ is being a goddamn.... AQSGF"""@@@!!jfk"=()¤=/% right now. The new posting system is hateful. And it really hates me. Why can't I post in the word-format anymore? I want the little annoying box where I have to paste all over again back! Am I the only one having this problem? Am I the only one with so little left in my life that I get annoyed over this problem?

I had FIIIIC. I was going to POOOST IIIT. But I don't want to now. The formatting looks all weird and I have neither the time nor the patience to sit and edit it all, every goddamn one thousand word of it. WORD-FORMAT-BOX WHY HAVE YOU LEFT ME? oh noes...

Oh, I HATE when that happens. :-( Sometimes if I keep refreshing, or try a different browser, the problem clears up.

But I think it's the new posting system :/ whenever I paste text from word into the post, instead of formatting it like it did in word - with spaces in-between - it just moves it all together. I've tried to disable the auto-formatting and everything; does the new system just not comply with word anymore or what is it? Gurgh, right now it's driving me crazy -.-

Are you using the rich text editor?
They're fixing problems with that at the moment. Updates are posted at lj_releases.

I hate it too! Also because when I post something and then I re-read it after posting it, maybe sometimes I find a mistake, so I have to edit the post, but when I click on edit, the post becomes a mess and I have to re-adjust it again from the beginning! It's soooo annoying!

I know stuff keeps changing, but the other day when I pasted from word, it automatically cleaned up the text without prompting from the word-format-box, which was awesome!

Hey, have you run into the problem where, in RTF, if you try to put something behind a cut it makes the text behind the cut disappear ENTIRELY? Like, DELETES it from the entry? That drives me crazy. And then when I do the cut in HTML, it doesn't use the text I put in for the cut, and if I try to go back and fix THAT, it screws up again. *headdesk*

Yeah, that happens too. Or it wobbles the text and it makes it look weird/italic/bold. Grrrrr.
