- He's been an orphan since a very young age and was raised by his rich, but absent uncle
- He heard about Sherlock after the detective put someone from a Russian smuggling ring in prison: the smuggler was selling fake, antique jewelry and worked for Jim
- The boy from the Great Game, the one with the shoes that Jim says is 'his first': he means that literally. It's the first person he has ever killed
- He broke Moran out of prison after Moran had shot five of his superiors in the army; he thought it was 'inspired'
- He LOVES fruitcake (don't ask me why I think this. It would just be perfect)
and last but not least:
- Ever since you started your Moriarty-Bunny meme, I have had it in my head that he has a bunny-farm. Yes. You heard me. A bunny farm. Jimmy-boy LOVES bunnies and has a thousand: all of them white or silky-grey and named after people he has ordered killed. Moran finds it v. amusing

A BUNNY FARM! Oh god, your brain! It's such a beautiful place. Oh god, I find it cute that the bunnies are named after victims, I find it cute.

He was really close to his mother before the whole mess we were showed in Bad Blood: he feels so attracted to Marian because he likes strong women who feels a bit apart from the people around them (his mother being French, Marian hating life at court and openly opposing a lot of what the Sheriff does (and opposing everything else in secret))

Date: 2012-05-31 04:09 am (UTC)The other thing that really bothers me is that Rose repeatedly gave up everything for him - her home, family/friends, etc. She was willing to leave them all behind in Pete's World not once, but twice. Not only did TWICE he lock her away against her will in a parallel world (and yeah, I think you can read some total selfishness into the Doctor's actions on that front, mixed with the "for her own good", as well) -- but, I ask you honestly, when did he ever choose her over something/someone else? There Rose is, repeatedly choosing him over everything else in her life - and he never *ever* does the same for her. Not even over freaking Reinette.

He's not given another option, either. So I could see her questioning why he's really with her - if it's something he wants, something he WANTS to want, or if he's just with her temporarily out of guilt that his other self left her and then will leave as well D=
