Exactly! This might just be my opinion, but a lot of political parties over here wants to have it so that for example the board of a big company has to have at least X number of women there. Like how Hollywood-movies have to have at least X number of coloured people on-screen. To me, that seems more sexist/racist than the opposite: isn't it unfair that you've gotten a job because of your skin-colour/gender? Shouldn't we instead encourage people to work harder, become better, regardless of the way most of the world views stuff like that? If everyone knows that a woman has only gotten the job because she's female, how are they going to take her seriously? How does that help her career at all? Yes, it's not fair that she has to work harder, but then do that and prove everyone wrong, and fight until one day, future generations of women don't have to and are, in fact, equal.
